Florida Lawyer provides software for organizing matters, reviewing uploaded material, and preparing working drafts. Users are responsible for reviewing output and determining whether it is suitable for their use.
Accounts and uploaded material
Use an account you are authorized to access. Upload only material you are authorized to process through the service and its providers. Protect credentials and review whether third-party processing is appropriate for each matter.
Plans and trials
There is no ongoing free tier. Eligible new subscribers receive a seven-day trial through checkout. A card is required. The selected subscription renews unless canceled under the checkout terms. Plan allowances and checkout terms must be reviewed before subscribing.
Output and limitations
Output can contain factual or legal errors, omissions, outdated authorities, and incomplete coverage. Review facts, sources, procedural requirements, and all proposed filings. Do not treat AI output as a guarantee or as independent legal advice.
Required before adoption
- Approved billing, cancellation, refund, and termination provisions.
- Content rights, acceptable use, liability, and dispute provisions.
- Effective date and the mechanism for accepting and updating these terms.
